This is a once-in-a-generation moment for Europe - UK's Prime-Minister
Around 19 world leaders have gathered at Lancaster House in central London to discuss a plan for a peaceful settlement in Ukraine

European leaders must step up in this "once-in-a-generation moment."
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said this at the start of the summit.
"We are gathered here today because such a moment for Europe's security happens once in a generation, and we all must step forward," he stated.
Starmer noted that the crowd cheering for Volodymyr Zelensky before his visit to Downing Street the day before was "completely spontaneous."
Addressing Zelensky, who was seated next to him, the prime minister said:
"I hope you know that we are all with you and the people of Ukraine for as long as it takes, everyone sitting at this table."
