November 21 innovational hub for the cities SYNCHRO SPACE and FIABCI-UKRAINE will organize together an event with the support of the UNDP Innovation Development laboratory and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands of Ukraine.
For several years in a row, SYNCHRO SPACE brings together professionals from different fields of activities to create innovative projects for cities. During 2018-2020 solutions have been developed for 11 cities of Ukraine: Bila Tserkva, Vinnytsa, Zhytomyr, Kramatorsk, Kyiv, Rivne, Ternopil, Zhaporizhia, Chuguev, Lozivska UTC, Gostomelska UTC, and 3 locations in Kyiv: UNIT.city, Exhibition Center, Urban Space 500.
This year the event is held in a new format, but traditionally experts, entrepreneurs, representatives of cities, and international organizations will come together to discuss global trends of creating cities of the future, summarize the synchro-year and choose the best innovative solution for cities according to the international jury of FIABCI-UKRAINE SYNCHRO SPACE AWARD 2020.
At the event, the participants will find:
- lecture blocks on topics of urban design for cities of the future, nature-oriented solutions, and smart technologies for cities
- international and Ukrainian speakers-innovators
- a global overview of innovations for sustainable urban development for cities from FIABCI influencers from 5 continents
- discussion panels from city representatives and experts
- presentation of innovative projects for cities and FIABCI-UKRAINE SYNCHRO SPACE AWARD 2020
SYNCHRO SPACE 2020 – is a meeting of like-minded people, partners, and experts interested in creating the cities of the future and are ready to act. This is an exchange of experience and exciting insights from influencers in the cities' sustainable development from 5 continents.
Teams who will present their projects to an international jury will have a chance to implement them in cities worldwide.
We invite urban planners, architects, designers, IT developers, ecologists, sociologists, representatives of cities and UTCs, developers, and startups, as well as all those who are ready to influence the development of our cities and take part in this event.
