She worked as a personnel management consultant at the Presidential Administration of Ukraine. Area of responsibility — organizational design and techniques for attracting professionals to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. For over 18 years she worked as a CHRO (in national companies in the fields of pharmacy, retail, IT, food production).
