SBU opens 17 criminal proceedings on facts of missile attack on Ukraine on November 15
Materials of criminal proceedings will be included in the evidence base that Ukraine is collecting for international courts

What happened? The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) registered 17 criminal proceedings on the facts of the missile attack on Ukraine on November 15.

Details. “The SBU officers are currently working to establish all the circumstances and specific perpetrators of the missile attacks. Missile fragments and other material evidence found at the sites of the attacks have already been sent for examination,” he said.
According to one of the versions, which is currently being checked by the Security Service, servicemen of the 184th Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment of the russian federation, which is part of the 22nd Heavy Bomber Division, are probably involved in the attack.
According to the head of the SBU, several other versions are also being studied, including the involvement of the 52nd Heavy Bomber Regiment of the russian federation in the attack.
“SBU investigators are working to identify the perpetrators of these crimes and specific persons from the military and political leadership of russia who gave these orders.
The materials of the proceedings will be included in the evidence base that Ukraine is collecting for international courts,” the service assured.
Previously. russia launched a massive missile attack on November 15, which resulted in a number of Ukrainian cities being cut off from electricity. Ukrainian Air Defence Forces shot down 73 missiles out of 90 launched by russia, as well as all enemy drones.
