Details. Repair works in the power grid system are at their final stage.
As of this morning, most residents of the city not only have electricity, but also have no emergency shutdowns. However, due to the load on the power grid, scheduled outages are possible.
Water supply, heat supply, and mobile communication should operate normally. Only local emergencies are possible.
Background. On November 3, at 2 p.m. in Kyiv, as well as in many other cities of Ukraine, emergency power cuts began, water supply and heat supply to residential buildings and public institutions stopped. Due to the risk of an attack, NPP units were shut down, which added to the energy deficit in the system.
Emergency power cuts were applied to half of Kyiv's housing stock.
Almost immediately after the attack, mobile communication went down as well. “The enemy attacked the infrastructure all over the country, in particular, the enemy targeted the objects that ensure the work of communication.”
