Details. It is noted that due to cold snap and strong winds in most regions, consumers use more energy. Consequently, the power shortage is increasing even at night.
Ukrenergo adds that as of 10 a.m., in a number of oblasts, the limits have already been exceeded, therefore, emergency power cuts are used to maintain the stable operation of the power system. In addition, in some oblasts, due to gusty winds, there are damages to the networks of distribution system operators.
