Customs officers expose attempted illegal export of corn worth 46 million UAH
A Ukrainian exporter allegedly sold food to a Hungarian company that is in state of liquidation and does not perform any operations

What happened? The State Customs Service has exposed an attempt to illegally export corn worth almost 46 million UAH.

Details. It is noted that during the inspection of a Ukrainian exporter when exporting corn weighing 6830 tonnes, customs officers found the registration data of the Hungarian company that bought the goods to be unreliable.
After sending a request, it turned out that the "importer" was in a state of forced liquidation and could not carry out financial and economic activities.
Currently, the customs officers are conducting inspections of other export-import transactions with agricultural products, where the parties to the contract are the mentioned Hungarian and Ukrainian companies.
