This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the staff, the occupation "authorities" of the city are loading agricultural products onto russian cargo ships. The Centre for Investigative Journalism also reported that the occupiers were loading Ukrainian grain on the second ship in a week.
