"We need a professional, flexible team. It will be able to quickly adapt all processes to the national level. All our steps need to be carefully considered. We have to start small and solve everything gradually," the Vice Prime Minister stresses.

It is noted that some of the territories where doctors and teachers will work have been occupied since 2014. The healthcare and education system there is outdated or imposed by the occupation authorities.

"They still use paperwork, there is no digitalisation of medical and educational processes, etc. At the same time, in the government-controlled territory, significant reforms have taken place in both areas. The country is becoming more and more digital. And this factor will need to be taken into account when preparing for work in a new place," the statement says.

Previously. As a reminder, the government has increased the level of remuneration for government employees in hazardous areas.
