The White House reacts to Moscow's claims about the US alleged involvement in the drone attack on the Kremlin
They noted that Peskov is simply lying

The White House has called Moscow's accusations of Washington's involvement in the drone strike on the Kremlin "ridiculous." This statement was made by National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby.
"The United States has nothing to do with this. We don't even know exactly what happened there. But I can assure you that the United States has nothing to do with it. Peskov is just lying, that's all," Kirby said.
Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov accused the United States of a drone attack on the Kremlin residence of Russian dictator Putin.
"Such attempts to disown this in Kyiv and Washington are, of course, absolutely ridiculous. We know very well that the decision to carry out such actions and terrorist attacks is made not in Kyiv, but in Washington. And Kyiv is already doing what it is told to do. We know that often even the goals themselves are not determined by Kyiv, but are determined in Washington and then communicated to Kyiv for Kyiv to fulfill. And every time Kyiv is given the right to choose the means," Peskov said.
Initially, Russian authorities blamed Ukraine for the attack. Ukrainian authorities deny the accusations.
Analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War, in turn, are inclined to believe that the "drone attack on the Kremlin" is a staged event.
Background. As a reminder, CNN analyzed the video the day before and determined that the Kremlin was attacked by two drones, but there is no evidence of Ukraine's involvement.
