Ukraine returns 106 soldiers from Bakhmut sector from captivity
Among those returning from captivity, many were considered missing

Ukraine has returned 106 soldiers from the Bakhmut sector from captivity: 8 officers and 98 soldiers and sergeants.
This was announced by Andriy Yermak.
"They fought for Bakhmut and performed a feat that prevented the enemy from advancing further into our East. Each of them is a hero of our country," he wrote.
Among those returning from captivity, many were considered missing.
Among those returning from captivity, 68 people were reported missing.
Among those released: 21 representatives of the terrorist defence forces, 7 border guards and one serviceman of the State Special Transport Service. At least 7 of the released soldiers have various injuries: bullet and shrapnel wounds, burns and fractures, and exacerbated chronic diseases. The oldest of the released soldiers is 59 years old, the youngest is 21 years old.
"All our people will return home. We continue to work on this. And each exchange brings us one step closer to this goal," Yermak wrote.
Background. During the previous exchange of prisoners on 10 April, 100 Defenders of Ukraine who took part in battles in Kherson, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Sumy returned home. Among them are the defenders of Mariupol, Bakhmut, and Hostomel, as well as the defenders of Chonhar, Zmiinyi Island, Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, and Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant.
