During the martial law, 27,776 preferential loans amounting to approximately 112 billion UAH were issued – Ministry of Finance
The funds were allocated under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% state programme

Over the past week, within the programme, 606 preferential loans were issued for a total amount of 2.8 billion UAH, including 503 loan agreements for a sum of 2.2 billion UAH, concluded by banks of the state sector of the economy.
This is reported by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
During the martial law in Ukraine, within the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% state programme, 27,776 loan agreements were concluded for a total amount of 111.8 billion UAH (including by banks of the state sector – 21,041 loan agreements for an amount of 61 billion UAH), of which:
- 3.11 billion UAH – for investment purposes;
- 7.59 billion UAH – as crisis loans;
- 4.28 billion UAH – as refinancing of previously received loans;
- 31.16 billion UAH – loans for agricultural producers;
- 56.48 billion UAH – for anti-war purposes.
The programme is implemented by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF). The only participant in the EDF is the Government of Ukraine, represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which coordinates all aspects of the Fund's activity.
