This was reported by Natalia Humeniuk, Head of the Joint Press Centre of the Operational Command South.
"Having a large stockpile of Kh-22 missiles, they are trying to improve them, as until now we have observed their destruction in the air. It is clear that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, they have used a significant pre-prepared potential," said Humeniuk.
She clarified that russia had deliberately increased its missile potential in line with its strategic plans. The head emphasised that "they have prepared for this process, unlike Ukraine."
