The SPFU denies Ukrainian titanium raw materials being sold to the russian federation
The Fund states that the information does not correspond to reality, contains no sources, and media representatives did not seek comment from the company or the State Property Fund while preparing the material

The SPFU announced that one of the Ukrainian media outlets disseminated information claiming that "Ukraine is selling titanium raw materials to russia for the production of airplanes and missiles during the war," accusing the state-owned United Mining and Chemical Company of supplying raw materials to the aggressor country.
"The information mentioned in the text does not correspond to reality, does not contain sources, and the representatives of the publication did not seek comment from the company or the State Property Fund while preparing the material," writes the fund.
It is noted that the company does not cooperate with the aggressor state, and the company's products are not supplied to either russia or belarus. Since the autumn of 2022, the company has strengthened measures to control export procedures and has changed its approach to cooperation with buyers.
The SPFU writes that the company's management closely cooperates with law enforcement agencies – information about all supply chains, end consumers, and control over the use of products is carried out by the company's employees and law enforcement representatives.
"Similarly, the export of ilmenite concentrate to the end consumer only takes place under the supervision of authorized law enforcement representatives. Such coordination of efforts ensures that the raw materials will not reach the aggressor country," writes the SPFU.
According to the State Property Fund, the article's author mentions cooperation between United Mining and Chemical Company and companies SIC LUCEAT LUX KFT (Hungary) and BioProfTech Sp. z o.o. (Poland).
According to the fund, SIC LUCEAT LUX KFT (Hungary) ceased cooperation with the aggressor country from the beginning of the large-scale invasion. And BioProfTech Sp. z o.o. (Poland) purchased ilmenite concentrate from UMCC for the end consumer in the USA, as confirmed by all necessary documents, adds the SPFU.
"The article also mentions another state enterprise Zaporizhzhia Titanium-Magnesium Plant, but with the use of manipulative technology in presenting information. In most cases, the companies mentioned in the article purchased trial batches of raw materials for end consumers in the USA, India, Poland. Thus, the allegations regarding the supply of products manufactured at the United Mining and Chemical Company and the Zaporizhzhia Titanium-Magnesium Plant to the rf do not correspond to reality," concluded the State Property Fund.
