Kremlin sends out guidelines to media on Karabakh escalation - they state that Armenia and the West should be blamed
Putin's mouth Peskov says Azerbaijan is "acting on its own territory"

The Kremlin has sent out a manual to Russian state media on how to cover the fighting in Nagorno-Karabakh.
Source. This is reported by Medusa, which has the text of this methodology.
The Russian media are recommended to accuse Armenia and Western countries of Azerbaijan's attack on Nagorno-Karabakh.
The emphasis is suggested to be placed on the fact that "the Armenian leadership has recognized Azerbaijan's sovereignty over Karabakh," referring to the words of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan about the recognition of Azerbaijan's "territorial integrity."
In fact, Pashinyan said that such recognition is possible only if international security guarantees are provided to the Armenian population of the region.
"Most likely, the Armenian prime minister was pushed to make this statement by his Western "partners," who should fully share responsibility for the consequences. The decision of the Armenian leadership, which radically changed the status of Karabakh, became a signal for Azerbaijan to act, and now Baku perceives the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh as its internal one," the methodology says. These theses have already appeared in the Russian media.
It is suggested that the Russian "peacekeepers" who were supposed to prevent the military conflict but did not do so should be described as having a "supervisory" status and that they should be told more about how they help in the "evacuation of civilians."
It is also recommended to write more about the successes allegedly achieved by the Russian army in Ukraine.
On September 20, the Telegram channels of the Russian Ministry of Defense and the Russian "peacekeeping" corps spread photos and videos of the "peacekeepers" helping refugees by accommodating them at their base. It is claimed that 2261 civilians, including 1049 children, are staying at the base.
It is not mentioned that the reason these people were forced to flee their homes was Azerbaijan's military aggression. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that Azerbaijan was "acting on its own territory."
