Kostin: Prosecutor General's Office has evidence that Russia used North Korean missiles in Ukraine
A comprehensive examination is underway to finally confirm this fact

The Office of the Prosecutor General has received the first evidence of the use of missiles from North Korea by the Russian army, said Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andriy Kostin.
"Establishing such data is a systematic work carried out by both prosecutors and expert investigators. The results of the preliminary scientific and technical examination confirm that the missile fired on January 2 at the central part of Kharkiv is a short-range missile developed in North Korea," Kostin said on Suspilne TV on Thursday.
According to him, similar conclusions were reached by military experts of the interagency working group at the Prosecutor General's Office, who were also on the scene and took parts of the missile for analysis.
"A comprehensive examination is currently underway to finally confirm this fact," he said.
Background. As reported the day before, eight countries accused Russia of gross violations of UN resolutions over the launch of North Korean missiles at Ukraine. The US representative noted that the launches of these missiles provide Pyongyang with valuable technical and military knowledge.
