Fighting in 5 settlements in Belgorod region - Legion "Freedom of Russia"
The special operation is timed to the so-called presidential "elections" in Russia

Russian volunteer units are fighting with the regular army of the Russian Federation in five settlements in the Belgorod region.
This was reported on the air of a telethon by a volunteer of the Freedom of Russia Legion, Alexei Baranovsky, with the call sign "Buttercup," Ukrinform reports.
According to him, the village of Tiotkino in the Kursk region is at the epicentre of all hostilities, and fighting is also taking place in other settlements.
"Now the situation of instability is spreading to neighbouring settlements, not only in the Kursk region, but also in the Belgorod region. There are also more than three, rather five settlements where there are clashes between the volunteer army and Putin's troops," Baranovsky said.
The raid by Russian volunteers is timed to coincide with the so-called next presidential elections in Russia, he added.
"This is all timed to the so-called elections. The electoral procedure that will begin tomorrow to usurp power by Vladimir Putin once again. We, as concerned citizens of Russia, decided to express our political will and our attitude towards these elections and the Putin regime in this way. We have taken the voting equipment, and all the surprises will begin tomorrow, as tomorrow is the election," he said with a smile.
As a reminder, on Tuesday, 12 March, in the morning, the Freedom of Russia Legion, the RDC and the Siberian Battalion, volunteer Russian formations fighting on the side of Ukraine, entered the Kursk and Belgorod regions of Russia as part of a joint operation.
