Credit Dnipro Bank is a Ukrainian commercial bank that places special emphasis on the agricultural sector. As of January 1, 2021, the bank's assets amounted to 13.02 billion UAH, which is 51.8% higher than last year. According to the results of 2020, it ranks #19 among Ukrainian banks in terms of assets and #7 in terms of financial health, rising 20 positions in the ranking.

At the beginning of 2020, the sole shareholder of the bank was Brancroft Enterprises Limited, which is indirectly owned by oligarch Viktor Pinchuk. In August of that year, businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky purchased 100% of the authorised capital (3.59 billion shares) of the bank.

In December 2020, the National Bank recognized the new banking group, Credit Dnipro, which included the bank of the same name, INGO and INGO Life insurance companies, and others. The responsible party of the group is Credit Dnipro Bank.
