Accordbank is a Ukrainian commercial bank that ranks #21 among Ukrainian banks in terms of financial health. As of January 1, 2021, the bank's assets amounted to 6.47 billion UAH, which is more than twice as high as last year.
In January 2020, the National Bank fined Accordbank 2.3 million UAH for improperly ensuring the operation of the intra-bank system for preventing the legalisation of criminal proceeds and improperly analysing clients and their financial transactions.
Since April 2021, Oleksandr Golenia has been the bank’s Chairman of the Board. Earlier, during the last five years, he served as Director of the Credit Department and Deputy Director in the bank. He has been a member of the Board since April 2020. Before him Oleksiy Rudnev was in the position of Chairman of the Board since October 2020. Mr. Golenia owns 9,90% of Accordbank shares. Currently, he is Deputy Chairman of the Board.
