Credit Agricole ranks #10 among Ukrainian banks in terms of assets and #20 in terms of financial health. As of January 1, 2021, the bank's assets amounted to 50.4 billion UAH, which is 42.7% higher than last year. According to the results of 2020, the bank reduced its profit by 46.4% compared to 2019 – to 927 million UAH.

In September 2020, the National Bank issued a warning letter to Credit Agricole due to the bank's failure to perform the function of currency supervision agent. The bank did not prevent transferring foreign currency by the resident client to its own account in an offshore zone.

In April 2021, Credit Agricole signed an agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and joined the EU4Business-EBRD Credit Line programme, enabling the bank to receive a loan of EUR 25 million for a period of 4 years.
