The General Staff reported the russian occupiers are moving new units to Kherson
Newcomers poorly orient themselves in the city

From the evening update of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine:
* The liberation of localities in Kharkiv Oblast and in the south of Ukraine is currently underway. For the reasons of safety of Ukrainian servicemen, official information will be provided later.
* Due to the approach of the Defence Forces units, the command of the russian occupying forces in the Kherson region is trying to strengthen the city of Kherson by moving reserves. Thus, in the oblast, new units of the enemy are recorded, whose servicemen poorly orient themselves in the city.
* The invaders try to carry out work on the restoration of traffic across the Kakhovka HPP bridge, the section of which is under the fire control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In Nova Kakhovka, the invaders intensified filtering measures with the participation of FSB officers of russia – they check mobile devices and look for citizens who help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The situation is similar in Energodar town, Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
* Defence forces repelled enemy offensives in the vicinity of Sosnivka, Mayorsk, Mykolayivka Druha, Zaytseve, Vesela Dolyna, Bakhmut, Pervomayske and Novomykhaylivka settlements.
* russian troops continue to launch missile and air strikes against Ukrainian military and civilian objects, shelling them from tanks, mortars, cannon and rocket artillery.
* Over the current day, the Ukrainian artillery units hit two control points, eight areas of concentration of enemy manpower and military equipment, as well as on an enemy pontoon crossing.
