What happened? Power supply to Kharkiv city and Kharkiv Oblast was cut off again due to shelling by the russian occupiers.

Details. “We have just been informed that Kharkiv city and Kharkiv Oblast are currently without electricity. The backup line which provided the settlements with electricity failed. Now all efforts are focused on elimination of the problem. I will report the results later. These are the consequences of the insidious shelling by the russians that took place the day before,” Mr.Tymoshenko wrote.
