According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the russian military is constructing a new crossing using the sunken wagons near the Kakhovka HPP. It is currently impossible to cross the bridge over the Dnieper River in this area due to the shelling of the AFU.

“Due to the successful actions of the Defence Forces regarding disabling all crossings over the Dnieper River in the Kherson direction, the occupiers are preparing ways for retreatment. Thus, in the area of the Kakhovka HPP, in order to construct a crossing, they sank 9 railway cars,” the General Staff reports.
It is also reported that the occupation authorities continue to force local entrepreneurs to make calculations in russian rubles. The enemy conducts weekly inspections and threatens to “nationalise”, i.e. to take away the business in case of refusal to cooperate with the occupiers.
According to the General Staff, the elimination of more than 180 occupiers in Kherson has been confirmed. In addition, on September 10, the building of Alcoresurs LLC, where the personnel and military equipment of the enemy were located, was struck.
The National Guard of russia and FSB units spent five days clearing the rubble and removing the bodies of the killed ruscists, trying to hide the number of casualties, the General Staff notes.
Over the day, the aviation of the Defence Forces struck 10 areas of concentration of enemy manpower and equipment and 3 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems. Enemy losses are being clarified.
Moreover, Ukrainian air defence units downed one enemy UAV.
Missile Forces and Artillery inflicted fire damage on the enemy's control point and ammunition depot.
