Details. “The power facility that provided power supply to the entire right bank of Kherson Oblast and a significant part of Mykolaiv Oblast is almost destroyed. It no longer exists. Two autotransformers, each weighing 250 tonnes, were blown up,” the head of Ukrenergo wrote.
Moreover, the russians destroyed the relay protection room, compressor room and battery room.
“Despite this, Ukrenergo together with the Civil-Military Administration, the State Emergency Service and oblast power companies are already developing schemes for supplying liberated Kherson Oblast from the neighboring two oblasts. It will not be easy to do – sappers are already inspecting high-voltage lines that run along the territories where heavy battles were fought until recently. The mine contamination level is dramatically high there,” added Mr. Kudrytskyi.
It is noted that most of the liberated Kherson Oblast has been without electricity since November 6.
