Ukraine conducted space reconnaissance of enemy's objects – the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine
Satellite data allowed to determine hidden locations of enemy in forest plantations, even at night and in any weather
What happened? The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) conducted space radar reconnaissance of about 150 enemy locations, both in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and in the territory of the occupier and its allies.

Details. “This became possible thanks to cooperation with the Serhiy Prytula Foundation, which provided Ukrainian intelligence officers with the ICEYE satellite, as well as contractual access to the SAR satellite constellation database,” the message says.
It is noted that thanks to the project, in which a large number of patriots of Ukraine took part, almost 2600 units of military equipment were discovered and confirmed.
In particular, this refers to tanks, self-propelled artillery systems, infantry fighting vehicles, helicopters, Iskander, S-300, Pantsir-S1 missile systems, enemy radars, pontoon crossings, boats and tents in the locations of enemy units
“The data obtained with the help of the satellite allowed us to effectively determine the hidden locations of the enemy in forest plantations, in any weather and at night,” the intelligence stresses.
