Details. “Russians are massively demolishing high-rise buildings in the city. This is evidenced by satellite images from Maxar Technologies. The houses where we used to live peacefully are becoming total ruins. They are literally being wiped off the ground,” noted the Mariupol City Council.
According to the mayor's office, 2,257 apartment buildings, which is 90% of the total housing stock, were damaged by russian shelling during the siege.
