Details. It is noted that in two days 5 vessels departed from the ports of Great Odesa and sailed to Africa and Asia. Among them is the bulk carrier SEA BRIDLE with 25,000 tonnes of agricultural products for Libya, which has already received 305,000 tonnes of foodstuff from Ukraine.
Currently, 29 vessels undergo the processing in Odesa, Chornomorsk, and Pivdenny ports. More than 1 million tonnes of Ukrainian agricultural products are being loaded on them. Meanwhile, two vessels are moving along the “grain corridor” to take 89,000 tonnes of agricultural products.
In the Bosporus, 92 vessels are also waiting for the JCC inspection. Yesterday, 7 of them received approval for further movement after the inspection. The ministry emphasises that for continuous movement through the grain corridor there should be at least 12 inspections per day.
In total, since the beginning of the ”grain initiative” 574 vessels have left the seaports of Odesa Oblast, exporting 14.6 million tonnes of agricultural products to Africa, Asia, and Europe.
