Details. "As of 15:45, search and rescue operations have been completed in Brovary. A total of 14 people died, including 1 child, and 25 people were injured, including 11 children," it states.
Background. On Wednesday morning, a helicopter of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine crashed in Brovary, Kyiv Oblast. All 9 people on board, including Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky, his first deputy Yevhen Yenin, and Interior Minister Yuriy Lubkovych, died. The helicopter crashed into a local kindergarten. As a result of the tragedy, civilians, including children, were killed and injured.
As noted by Mind, this is the first time in the history of Ukraine that the entire leadership of a law enforcement agency has died at the same time.
