Details. According to the head of the department, Herman Halushchenko, today and during the weekend, electricity generation will continue to cover its consumption. The power reserve is available due to a decrease in electricity demand.
It is noted that stabilisation power cuts are possible in Odesa Oblast due to grid repairs, but for a shorter duration than before.
In Kharkiv Oblast, about 2,000 more consumers have been supplied with electricity over the past day after restoration repairs of the grids.
Background. Yesterday, the Ministry of Energy reported that a power reserve had been created, as a result of which electricity generation was sufficient to meet the needs of consumers.
