Details. It is noted that now the combat aviation of the terrorist country is located mainly on the territory of the russian federation, at least 200 km from the state border of Ukraine, respectively, beyond the reach of fire of Ukrainian forces.
Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, emphasised that those forces could be used in Donbas.
"Russia's offensive in the east continues, and this is the implementation of putin's plan to seize the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts by the end of March," Mr. Yusov added.
However, according to the intelligence spokesman, moscow's attempt to conquer the eastern regions of Ukraine will fail – with or without planes.
"Russia will not succeed in implementing this plan. To defend Ukraine, we need to strengthen not only our air defence, but also our aviation," Mr. Yusov explained.
