Banks issued more than 500 soft loans for almost 2 billion UAH over the past week
23,121 loan agreements have already been concluded under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% state programme

Over the previous week, banks issued 511 soft loans totalling 1.92 billion UAH under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% state programme. In particular, public sector banks signed 407 loan agreements for 1.27 billion UAH.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance.
According to the report, since the launch of the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% state programme, business entities have received 57,943 loans totalling 181.59 billion UAH from authorised banks.
During the period of martial law in Ukraine, 23,121 loan agreements totalling 91.96 billion UAH were concluded under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% state programme, including:
- 0.87 billion UAH – for investment purposes;
- 6.98 billion UAH – as anti-crisis loans;
- 4.37 billion UAH – as refinancing of previously obtained loans;
- 26.55 billion UAH – loans for agricultural producers;
- 53.17 billion UAH – for anti-war purposes.
The programme is being implemented by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF). The only participant in the EDF is the Government of Ukraine, represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which coordinates all aspects of the Fund's activities.
Under the state programmes Affordable Loans 5-7-9% the EDF has entered into cooperation agreements with 45 banks. The state continues to make all necessary compensation payments to businesses under the loan agreements concluded under the Programme.
