ATB-Market cut its net profit three times in 2022

ATB-Market, which owns the ATB chain of stores in Ukraine, cut its net profit threefold year-on-year to 2.8 billion UAH in 2022.

The company's net income last year was 148.3 billion UAH, which is 0.2% less than in 2021.
According to the company's financial results, the value of its assets in 2022 decreased by 2.4% to 41.3 billion UAH, while its liabilities decreased by 2.6% to 27.2 billion UAH.
ATB Corporation is an association of large Ukrainian companies operating in such business areas as retail, asset management, food production and sales, as well as sports and recreation services. The corporation employs over 70,000 people.
As of the beginning of 2023, the corporation's retail network comprised 1,116 stores compared to 1,316 stores in January 2022. Last year, amid the full-scale war against Ukraine waged by russia, ATB Corporation paid 20.4 billion UAH in taxes and fees to the budgets of various levels, which is almost 1 billion UAH more than the previous year.
Previously. It was reported that last year the turnover of enterprises in the wholesale and retail trade, electricity and gas supply sectors had grew the most. Naftogaz, ATB, and D.Trading topped the top Ukrainian companies in terms of turnover.
