The Kyiv City Council plans to terminate the lease agreement with the russian Embassy in the capital.
This is stated on the website of the city authority.
The land in question is a 0.3984-hectare plot in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv. The lease agreement between the Kyiv City Council and the russian Embassy has been in force since 5 October 1999.
The document is currently under consideration by the City Council's committees on architecture, urban planning, land relations and on local government, regional and international relations.
