Zelensky appoints Riabikin as Ukraine's ambassador to China
The former minister was waiting for his new appointment for over a month

Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Pavlo Riabikin as Ukraine's ambassador to China.
This is stated in Presidential Decree No. 239.
Parties. From 2000 to 2005, Pavlo Riabikin was a Member of Parliament of Ukraine and worked in the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy. In 2006, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of Ukraine.
From August 2009 to June 2010, Riabikin was Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Denmark. In 2021, the politician became the head of the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine and was dismissed on 20 March 2023.
