Zelensky states that Ukraine does not attack russian territory: "We have neither the time nor weapons to spare"
According to him, Ukrainians are focusing on preparing for counteroffensive actions for de-occupation of its territories

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that Ukraine did not attack the territory of the russian Federation and was not interested in such attacks.
He mentioned this during a press conference with the Federal Chancellor of Germany, Olaf Scholz, in Berlin, Ukrinform reports.
"As for the attacks on russian territory, we don’t attack russian territory, we liberate our own legitimate territory. We have neither the time nor the strength to attack russia. And we also don’t have weapons to spare," he said.
According to him, Ukrainians are focusing on preparing for counteroffensive actions for de-occupation in accordance with international law and constitutionally defined legitimate borders of the Ukrainian territory "which are recognized internationally".
