The average salary in Ukraine has grown by 3% over the year
As of March 2023, the average salary of Ukrainians amounted to 13,423 UAH
The average salary for the first quarter of 2023 has grown by 3.1% compared to March 2022. It now stands at 13,423 UAH.
This is stated in the report by the Pension Fund.
According to the law on Compulsory State Pension Insurance, this figure is taken into account when calculating the pension.
In February, the average salary was 12,794 UAH, in January – 12,644 UAH, and in March – 13,423 UAH.
At the same time, the annual inflation rate in March was 21.3%, therefore, the real salary fell by approximately 18%.
