The relevant decision was made during a meeting of the Ukrainian-Macedonian Joint Commission on International Road Transport of Passengers and Goods, which took place in the capital of North Macedonia, Skopje.
The parties also agreed on the basic conditions for permit-free travel and amendments to the bilateral agreement.
"We are expanding the list of countries with which we are liberalizing transportation. "The 'transport visa-free regime' is already in place with the European Union, and in March it was extended until June 2024. We are not stopping, we continue to negotiate with other countries," emphasized Deputy Minister of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Serhiy Derkach.
In order to use the "transport visa-free regime," carriers must have a certificate from the manufacturer or an authorized institution to confirm the environmental class of at least Euro 3.
Background. As a reminder, the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs has drafted a bill on acquiring citizenship after a year of work in a local company. Vucic announced simplified citizenship for Russians and Ukrainians because "the country lacks labor."
