The US-based Wasatch Group is investing in the construction of 600 modular homes in Ukraine
The company also presented the project of a multi-apartment residential complex Hansen's Village to President Zelensky

Volodymyr Zelensky met with Dell Loy Hansen, the CEO of the real estate investment company Wasatch Group. He presented the company's plans for 2023-2024 to build 600 fully furnished modular homes in the Kyiv Oblast for people whose homes were destroyed by the war.
This was reported by the press service of the Head of State.
Mr. Hansen also presented Mr. Zelensky with the project of a multi-apartment residential complex, the Hansen's Village, the main idea of which is to create a large community for the elderly, war veterans, widows, orphans, and people with disabilities. The project includes centres for medical and emotional care, as well as physiotherapy, art therapy, and other necessary services.
"This village will be able to replace several family-type orphanages destroyed during the war. We know that more than 100 such institutions were destroyed, and First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska is taking care of the issue of their restoration," Hansen noted.
He also told the president about the initiative to build residential buildings for the elderly who have been left homeless in several regions of Ukraine. For the needs of their residents, a dental clinic, hairdressing and manicure services, a hot meal centre, and a cinema will be provided free of charge.
The sides also discussed the possibility of Wasatch Group participating in the construction of new, modern rehabilitation centres for war veterans, which the state will fully support.
