Nova Poshta to launch separate European business for international expansion – owner
The European company will nevertheless maintain close interaction with Ukraine

The Nova Poshta Group of Companies is setting up a separate company, Nova Post Europe, one of whose tasks will be international expansion into EU countries.
This was reported by Nova Poshta co-owner Viacheslav Klymov during the Business Breakfast with Volodymyr Fedorin.
"On Friday, we'll be having another big meeting about expansion, where we'll discuss the new model of managing expansion. We're establishing, or rather, we've already established a new separate company, Nova Post Europe," Klymov stated.
He noted that this would be a separate business unit with its own CEO and a distinct structure. The European company will nevertheless maintain close interaction with Ukraine.
Klymov didn't yet reveal the future company's CEO, saying, "We already have a CEO, but I can't reveal the name because it hasn't been officially confirmed," but he did indicate that the candidate is someone from Nova Poshta who has nearly 20 years of experience with the company.
From the end of 2022, Nova Poshta began international expansion, opening branches in EU countries. In 2023, the amount of investment in international markets, according to Klymov's estimates, will be €10 million, and this figure will "definitely be higher" in 2024.
Background. Nova Poshta already operates in Poland, Germany, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Moldova, and Romania, and has set up separate companies in each country (as of early spring, there was no company in the Czech Republic, but there were companies in Slovakia and Hungary).
