As the country approaches a post-war era of societal rebuilding, the need for labour will only increase to meet the demands of economic recovery, the ministry says.
It is noted that even before the start of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine was facing a shortage of labour. But now, with more than 6 million Ukrainians forced to go abroad, the economic situation in the country has become even more critical.
