Ukraine has weakened its boycott on sports competitions involving russians and Belarusians – Ministry of Sports
Ukrainian athletes will not participate if representatives of these countries compete under their national flags

Ukraine has allowed joint competitions with athletes from russia and/or Belarus, provided that they do not compete under their national flags.
This is stated in the order of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
According to the document, the general ban has been lifted on official delegations of Ukraine's national teams in Olympic, non-Olympic sports, and sports for people with disabilities from participating in international sports competitions involving athletes from russia and/or Belarus.
Instead, a ban has been introduced on sending official delegations to competitions in which athletes representing russia or Belarus participate under their national flags, use their national symbols, or publicly express their affiliation to these countries through actions or statements.
Background. Previously, Mind reported that russia had stated that russian athletes would not participate in the Olympics on terms of neutrality.
