monobank has restricted transactions with Africa
The bank will retain the ability for card-not-present transactions only in South Africa, Egypt, and Morocco

Virtual monobank will retain the ability for card-not-present transactions only in three African countries: South Africa, Egypt, and Morocco, according to the bank's co-founder Oleh Horokhovsky.
"Due to an increased risk of fraud and to strengthen the fight against illegal gambling traffic, we are closing all card-not-present transactions in Africa, except in South Africa, Egypt, and Morocco," he wrote on Telegram.
According to data on monobank's website, it currently serves 7.439 million clients.
