Former prosecutor Rostyslav Ilnytskyi, who celebrated a lavish wedding with former SBI employee Roksolana Moskva in early October, was served with a summons.

The publication, citing its sources, reports that Ilnytskyi was served with a summons on October 20 at his place of residence by representatives of the Lychakiv-Zaliznychnyi United District TCC and JV.
"Espresso. Zahid asked the Lviv Regional TCC and JV for a comment and is currently waiting for official confirmation of this information," the publication emphasized.
As a reminder, on October 7 and 8, prosecutors, former law enforcement officers, SBI, tax authorities and MPs celebrated the lavish wedding of Rostyslav Ilnytskyi and Roksolana Moskva at the five-star Emily Resort near Lviv.
The celebration lasted for two days, and hundreds of guests were invited, including celebrity host Hryhoriy Reshetnyk and some stars, including Olya Polyakova, Oleksandr Ponomarev, and Dzidzio.
It is unknown how much the wedding cost, as journalists were unable to contact either Rostyslav Ilnytskyi or the bride's mother, a well-known lawyer Bohdana Moskva. Presumably, the wedding was not cheap, as the two-meter cake alone, according to preliminary estimates by confectioners, cost about 100 thousand UAH.
The groom is 31-year-old Rostyslav Ilnytskyi, a former prosecutor. In 2019, he was a deputy local prosecutor in Radekhiv, planned to become the chief prosecutor of the Kherson region, and a few months ago, Ilnytskyi resigned from his position as a prosecutor in the Pechersk District Prosecutor's Office in Kyiv.
The bride is 27-year-old Roksolana Moskva, a former employee of the HR department of the Territorial Department of the State Bureau of Investigation in Lviv. According to the publication, Roksolana was fired from the bureau in March 2022, but later decided to return to work through the court. In September 2022, the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal reinstated her in her position and recovered UAH 231,000 in her favor for forced absenteeism.
However, the SBI is currently appealing this to the Supreme Court, and the decision of the appellate court has not entered into force. In addition, the bride is the daughter of Bohdana Moskva, a well-known lawyer and businesswoman in Lviv, and a relative of the ex-wife of former SBI head Roman Truba.
After the wedding was publicized on social media, singer Olga Polyakova noted that it is up to government agencies, not artists, to check the origin of the funds of concert customers.
