November's Russian losses in the war with Ukraine were record-breaking - British intelligence
Losses of Russian troops averaged 931 people per day

In November 2023, Russian military losses, according to the Ukrainian General Staff, averaged 931 people per day, British military intelligence writes.
The past six weeks have seen one of the highest rates of Russian casualties in the entire war.
Previously, Russia suffered its highest losses in March 2023, at the height of the Bakhmut offensive, with an average of 776 people per day.
Although British military intelligence cannot verify the methodology used to calculate the total number of killed and wounded, the figures look plausible, the report says.
The current heavy losses are largely due to Russia's offensive on the city of Avdiivka, according to the British military.
In the morning of this day, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated 325,580 Russian servicemen, 750 of them in a day.
