The complex called Kulau Ranch on the island of Kauai is already partially built and will become one of the most expensive personal construction projects in modern history.
It consists of more than ten buildings. The two main residential buildings are connected by a long tunnel with a bunker that can be accessed through a door in the floor. It is protected by an armored steel door filled with concrete inside.
The bunker must be completely independent of the outside world. It is connected to a water tank with a diameter of almost 17 meters and a height of 5.5 meters. The source of food is to be domestic animals and plantings on the ranch.
A 1.8-meter-high wall has been built around the construction site, and each worker signs a non-disclosure agreement, regardless of the degree of their involvement in the project. Zuckerberg paid $170 million for the land for the ranch.
Background. Earlier, Elon Musk offered Mark Zuckerberg to fight in the arena, and the Facebook founder agreed. The venue was constantly postponed, after which Zuckerberg refused, emphasizing that Musk was "not serious."
