Three children who were taken from the territories occupied by Russian troops have returned to Ukraine, according to Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. According to him, this was achieved with the mediation of Qatar.

"Through joint efforts under the action plan of the President of Ukraine Bring Kids Back UA, with the mediation of the State of Qatar, three children will soon be reunited with their families and celebrate the holidays at home in Ukraine," the ombudsman said.
"A boy born in 2008 and a girl born in 2011 were taken out of the TOT in Kherson region and are now with their mother. The third boy, born in 2011, is also with his mother. With the assistance of the Ombudsman's Office, his mother took him to Georgia. The boy wanted to return to Ukraine from the Russian Federation to his mother after his father took him out without permission," Lubinets said.
He thanked everyone involved in the process of returning the children, including public and international organizations.
