White House: Biden may hold bilateral meeting with Zelenskiy during NATO summit
The summit will also discuss expanding cooperation between Ukraine and South Korea, Stoltenberg said

US President Joe Biden may hold a bilateral meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during the upcoming NATO summit, a senior White House official said during a press call on 5 July, the White House quoted him as saying.
"And while the president will have a pretty full schedule, given his obligations as the host of the summit, we are working to arrange several meetings with various world leaders on the sidelines of the summit, including President Zelensky," the official said. – "And we will have more information about them in the coming days.
The official also said that Biden would hold the event with Zelenskyy "and nearly two dozen of our allies and partners who have signed bilateral security agreements with Ukraine."
"The United States will also announce new steps to strengthen Ukraine's air defence and military capabilities to help Ukraine continue to defend itself today and deter Russian aggression in the future," the official added.
The NATO summit will take place in Washington on 9-11 July.
It will also discuss ways to expand cooperation between Ukraine and South Korea, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on 5 July.
"The flagship project is partly related to medical education for the Ukrainian military," he said at a press conference in Washington. – "We are also looking at how we can expand intelligence sharing with South Korea.
