BREAKING: During the negotiations in Belarus, Russia threatened Ukraine with total destruction if its resistance continues
Deadline - the third round of negotiations

As mind.ua team has learned from its insider sources in the negotiations delegation of Ukraine, which later has been confirmed by anonymous sources within the Russian high command, the latest negotiations in Belarus were one-sided and had the nature of an ultimatum.
The Russian delegation firmly demanded the unconditional capitulation of Ukraine. The demand being rejected, the Russian representatives stated, that as a result of the current total economic isolation of Russia and imposed personal sanctions, they see nothing to stop them from using banned means of warfare, such as carpet bombing or phosphorus bombs.
The Russian side also stated clearly, that the USA and the western partners of Ukraine have assumed a weak stance and pose no threat to Russia’s aggression. Biden’s administration has already restored diplomatic ties via military lines bringing forward the official public position of ensuring a guaranteed peace between the two superpowers. As an example of such a successful cooperation for Russia was the demand of the Russian side to block the previously announced assistance in the form of providing NATO combat aircraft, which has already been done. Even in response to public requests from President Zelensky, the Minister of Defense and the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry to provide the promised military aircraft, US and NATO officials prefer to remain silent.
The representatives of the country-aggressor also reported that Putin is losing patience. In view of the failed blitzkrieg plan and the rapid growth of popularity and support of President Zelensky around the world, he is absolutely furious and unequivocal. Since the world image of Putin’s “strong and dangerous leader”, as well as the image of Russia’s military potential, have been badly damaged by the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian people, he intends to restore it through the demonstrative total destruction of Ukraine.
Russia intends to return the current vector of international relations by force through intimidation, terror and further aggression. Putin's plan is that after the ruined Ukraine has been annexed to Russia, he will expand his aggression to the Baltic countries. The Russian side is confident that even if they continue with this aggression and engage in a direct military operation against the Baltic countries, the world main powers, led by the United States, will still renounce their obligations to protect the small NATO member states under fear of starting a nuclear war.
Germany, France and other EU countries are under strong pressure from big businesses due to the restrictions on energy supplies, so they accept the passive position of the United States dutifully. Russia is extremely confident that the Biden administration and NATO "will not have the guts" to close the country's airspace and interfere with Putin's plans.
The United States and Europe fail to understand that Ukraine is now the last stronghold of Europe before a total attack on the NATO with the aim of its complete destruction. Putin's goals are predetermined by the initial demands for NATO's borders to be rolled back to their state established in 1997. Further US refusal to act decisively now is obvious to Russia, they have established themselves in their position as a country-aggressor.
Russia believes that after getting away with attacking smaller NATO countries, large European countries, under the pressure from frightened societies from within and with blind eye and deaf ear of the US side, will agree to significant or complete concessions on the sanctions. Putin is confident that the gradual restoration of trade and economic relations, especially in the energy sector, is inevitable. The position expressed by the Russian side to Ukraine during the negotiations is that the agenda of Ukraine in the world will be deliberately removed by the governments of European countries due to having to care for the economy and the welfare of their own citizens.
Ukrainian is expected to comply with the ultimatum side by the date of the third round of negotiations, which Russia stated will be the last one they will participate in. In the absence of a complete surrender of the Ukrainian authorities in the third round, the full range of the destructive potential of the aggressor will be immediately applied to all the cities of Ukraine without any exception. Separately, the Russian side assured that even the use of the most destructive weapons would not be the reason for full-fledged military assistance to either Ukraine or Baltic countries. And there will be no directive to close the airspace of Ukraine from NATO, in which Russia received absolute guarantees from the United States.
