An absolute embargo of Russian oil and gas can stop the murdering of Ukrainian children and will not be a shock for the West
Buying Russian hydrocarbons is the price for our children’s deaths in this horrifying war.
DTEK, the biggest energy company in Ukraine, the largest private gas producer and trader, has published this statement on its website.
We assertively declare that Russian aggression against Ukraine continues feeding by the expectation to receive superprofits from hydrocarbons purchasing. Current peak oil and gas prices make aggressor sure that it will be enough money for new cruise missiles against Ukrainian cities.
Leading countries have begun consulting upon embargo imposed on Russian petroleum purchase. On the behalf of 250 thousand energy experts, gasmen and miner we are requesting to save our children's lives and their homes by adopting complete embargo over Russian gas and petroleum.
While such types of petroleum as URALS and ESPO must become toxic and shall not be resold via mediators.
The complete embargo will not regarded by Western world as unexpected.There are many oil mining companies in the world capable of increasing oil production as well as recompensing the Russian one. Moreover, decisions regarding the usage of oil strategic stock have been made at the governmental level.
As for gas, European countries have no less than 7 months to accumulate alternative resources for their energy comsumption transformation during the heating season.
We can ensure that it is the only way to force Russia to stop military oppression, prevent civilian murders, destruction of houses, schools, kindergartens and hospitals.
The acquisition of Russian hydrocarbons supplies today means investing into the death of our children in most horrible war unleashes in the centre of Europe. Speculating deceptively over the lack of alternatives of their own supplies, political regime of Moskov is attempting to involve the Western world in their crimes against humanity.
Do not get involved! Adopt a complete embargo over gas and petroleum supplied by Russia! Stop killing our children!
