The head of the German government stressed that the United States is an exporter of gas and oil, which cannot be said of Europe as a whole.
German Economy Minister Robert Habeck also defended the position. "We can only take measures that will not cause serious economic damage in Germany. And this will happen if we stop importing oil, coal, and gas into the country right now " Habek told ZDF on the evening of March 9.
